"Not been offered a blanket or pillow"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Well Ive been at a&e for nearly 7 hours having been referred urgently by my gp. I'm still laying on a trolly bed not been offered a blanket or pillow

What a total waste of an urgent referal no one seems to know if there is a bed or not

A& e is so noisy you can not relax

I really should have stayed at home and will be letting my gp know
