What I liked

Individual nurses/doctors who made the effort to explain procedures in more detail and check on my well being really shined out.

What could be improved

I was moved through 4 different wards based on bed/staff availability. Paperword was mislaid/repeated/in correctely filled in. Many doctors/nurses made assumtions instead of asking me questions. Times/dates for scans were very vague and were cancelled at the last minute without an adequate explanation. The assistance button was not given to me, and was too high for me to reach independently. At times there were no nurses on my ward, and there was a feeling of issolation.

Anything else?

I was in hopsital much longer than I should have been purely based on delays for scans. As beds are in demand and staff are stretched, sorting this out should be primary to improving productivity, and bettement of patient treatment.
