I was first diagnosed with COPD in Jan 2012, having been admitted to hospital with severe breathlessness
I was allowed home into the care of a team of respiratory nurses and I cannot speak too highly of the work they do
In 2013 I completed a rehab course, run by these nurses which was extremely helpful in learning to cope with the disease, especially for a new COPD patient.
My most recent home care has been supervised by Ms Byrne. I can use nothing by superlatives to describe the way she carries out her duties. She is a naturally friendly person, easy to talk to, extremely caring and very professional.
I now have medication at home and feel confident that with her help I have the best possible care. Stress can very quickly exacerbate an already bad situation and the peace of mind I, and my husband, enjoy knowing that Louise is ONE phone call away is invaluable.
It is impossible to overstate the benefits of this service.
"Home care has been fantastic"
