"A&E and admittance to Pembroke Ward"

Unfortunately I had to attend A&E late on Sunday 27th December due to a fall and damage to my wrist and hand.

The service I received was excellent. I arrived shortly after 10pm, and left just after midnight, having received immediate attention from the nurses, doctors and X-ray department.

I was phoned the next morning, the lieu Boxing Day, and was asked to attend for surgery.

I attended Pembroke Ward, and received another excellent service. Holly, all the attending nurses were so welcoming and put me at my ease.

Following surgery I left later the same evening.

I feel the whole service I received was superb. Everyone was very caring and attentive. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Well done to all.

You do not deserve your bad press. I could not ask for better treatment. Thank you so much.
