"4 hours wait"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

I rang 111 to make an appointment and it was arranged for 5 35 pm on 2nd of January at the QE2 Welwyn Garden City. I had to wait 4 hours to be seen by the only doctor on duty . There were lots of patients waiting who were clearly distressed and unwell. Terrible service

We believe that you are referring to the GP out-of-hours service, which although based at the New QEII hospital in Welwyn Garden City is not run by us.
