"Sconce ward care"

About: Newark Hospital

My wife needed treatment after a fall and this was provided within Sconce ward.

The transit from Kings Mill in a Gibsons ambulance was not good, but the care on arrival was outstanding.

Her every need was attended to promptly. The staff at levels were enthusiastic, efficient and caring. They seemed to empathise with every need that my wife had and responded with effective solutions.

Her recovery was quicker than anticipated and I put this down to the quality of care and the personal confidence that this engendered.

The trauma of having a nasty fall was somewhat ameliorated by the warmth and friendship of staff she met.
