"Patient being released without informing..."

About: Whitchurch Hospital

Sister with advanced Parkinson's, Dementia, Angina, Thyroid Problems being released on Monday January 4th. She has medications, Chemist opens Monday but only delivers Wednesday. Sister lives on her own. Will have care package doubled up but when left alone she gets up and falls. No body there to help? ...She cannot talk at times due to Parkinson's.

I live in Vancouver Canada and am nearly 80 years old with health problems of my own. They say my sister wishes to go home... but does not seem to realize she will get up and fall on her own?I

Our friend in Whitchurch were not informed about this discharge. They need her bed so she is getting dumped on the shoulders of Social Services.
