"Birth of Darcie-Rose"

About: Warrington Hospital

I gave birth to my daughter Darcie-Rose on 29/5/15 was taken in on 28th to be induced. It was a VBAC due to a previous c section.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Acknowledged my delayed cord clamping choices. My wishes to have immediate skin to skin and breastfed naturally. My choice to use a cord tie not a clamp and just generally very supportive so I thank you.

Induction started at 930pm on 28/5/15 after arriving at 630 but obviously with cares etc and Darcie-Roae arrived just under 2 hours after my waters were broken at 3cm dilated on 29/5/15 at 5:13am weighing 6lb 13.5.

Thank you so much

In 2012 I had my first born child and everything was much different down to his crash c section and Him needed resuscitation. He was born 9/3/12 at 11:38am weighing 6lb 6.

I can say on both times care has been amazing however you have defintley improved over the years and breastfeeding help second time around was much better.

That's great to read. We're constantly working to improve our maternity service for you so we're delighted that you've seen that.
