I cannot fault the treatment and care my mum received.

The staff always had a smile on their face even when they were under such pressure and were rushing round trying to accommodate the patients.

From the pAramedic, ambulance staff, A&E staff, medical assessment ward and finally Kewstoke ward, registrar, doctors, nurses, health care assistants, physio, porters, speech therapists, palliative care, admin all were so kind and helpful and really cared for my mum. There was a delay in her being admitted from fromA&E to the ward but that was because there were no beds available but that is the governments fault not the fault of the hospital

My mum was in hospital for 9 weeks and Either myself or family members visited everyday and witnessed the care and compassion shown to patients and there relatives.

In my eyes you should receive a gold star rating.
