"Poor service not just once but three times"

About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary

(as a parent/guardian),

There is firstly such a long wait for the appointment to come, waited two months and when I went there on the day of appointment got told I was in the wrong place. I was in adults, but should be in kids dept., as whoever booked the app never noticed it was for a five year old kid. I then waited another more than a month for another app on which got told they cant do anything as I have to wait and let the eye condition go itself. My daughters eyes are always red, itchy and got a cist in both eyes.
