Would like to thank the staff in the ENT department at Southend Hospital. The treatment I received was by far above satisfactory. Very friendly, calm and relaxed atmosphere. The nurse caring for me could not have been any kinder and the same from the doctor. Thank you for your patience and understanding, it went a long way!
