I am a very anxious person, and had many questions and concerns.

The nurses I saw were very understanding and patient in answering my questions, and the relaxed atmosphere in the hospital was most comforting. I appreciated the flexibility in timing the procedure, as I had holidays booked. I felt that the emphasis was on me rather than on imposed targets and timings.

I appreciate the requests for feedback from patients, and perceive a genuine desire to use comments and any complaints to monitor and improve services.
