Having received a request to contact Dr Moghal to investigate the comments I posted online a month ago, I attempted to follow this up.
However, I am left wondering whether Dr Moghal's encouraging response is an automated one. The people in PALS seem either unable or unwilling to read comments posted on Patient Opinion.
I am left feeling that the whole thing was waste of time.
