(as a relative),

Thank you to all the wonderful staff of the COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) Team who provide an invaluable service to patients with COPD breathing problems.

The team have provided invaluable support to my Dad and myself and have helped to keep him out of hospital over the last 18 month +. I feel that without the support of this service my Dad would be struggling to cope.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Nurse Sue who recently arranged for my Dad to have a supply of oxygen during a trip to visit family in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Without this, we would not have been able to visit family.

What a fantastic service!! I hope the Team have a lovely Christmas and New Year...thank you all.

Thank you for your comments, we are really pleased to hear that you are happy with our service.

We hope your dad is keeping well, especially during this cold snap. We really hope you all enjoyed the trip to Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
