"exceptional sevice"

have never written reviews before but felt very strongly in this case that I should after the exceptional care I received at Tewkesbury hospital yesterday. I went in for day surgery for my eye, the level of care from the reception through to the surgeon was above and beyond any level that I was anticipating. Each step of the process was explained and care was taken to reassure any concerns that I had brought with me.

Thank you so much and to the surgeon who was concerned how effective the operation might be please be assured I have woken up this morning to a complete new world of colour , no double vision and cannot wait to have the other eye done.
