"I stayed in for 2 nights on ward ..."

What I liked

I stayed in for 2 nights on ward B11 with my baby son. I was a bit upset that he was in distress and a member of staff noticed me struggling and settled him for me while I got myself together. I felt supported at all times.

I was fortunate enough to have a room with an adjoining bathroom on the first night which meant that I never had to leave my son alone.

I felt that staff were keeping a really close eye on us even though they were obviously busy.

What could be improved

While every member of staff I encountered was excellent, I would have liked to have seen a bit more of the doctors.

Anything else?

Having 2 children under 3, it gives me piece of mind to be living so close to this hospital.
