I have been attending this hospital for about 10 years now and have been very satisfied with my care. However, lately I have had an urgent issue with my medication and called reception to talk to a doctor or nurse.
An urgent message was left with reception as the nurse on duty was on their lunch break but no one got back to me.
It was Christmas and I was left to worry about my issue over the Christmas break with no help or support. Reception are getting bad reviews and I wonder if they even sent the message.
However, it may be the the mefical staff just fogot or wanted to deal with it later but either way I did not get the help i needed. I am still waiting for a response and I have tried to call again but no one is answering the phone.
I am scared and worried and I wish someone would take this seriously.
