"Knees, gastric bypass and elbow surgery"

Can I pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to the surgeons who performed the following operations on me. I had gastric bypass in April 2013, knee replacements in November 2013 (L) and May 2014 (R) and elbows in September 2015 (L) and December 2015 (R).

The three surgeons who operated on me over the last two years have changed my life in a way that can only be said as miraculous!

So often our national health service is at the receiving end of derogatory comments.

All I can say is I had the very very best attention and care and I am now looking forward to 2016 with a great deal of anticipation. I also hope I don't have to visit you for anything else other than the regular follow-ups and checkups.

Thank you so very much for changing my life! With the kindest regards to all of those who look after me may I wish you success and prosperity for 2016 and the following years to come.
