"Brilliant staff"

I tried to go yesterday... the place was packed and the receptionist told me it could be a 5 hour wait. Not surprising over the holidays. My illness isn't serious so I returned at 8am today.

A queue was already at reception, but my details were taken promptly. Only a short wait to be seen by triage nurse, and time was taken by them and a colleague to ensure they prescribed the best medication possible.

My only gripe is I think its demeaning to be asked about your condition at an open reception... it wasn't a problem for me but others may have more sensitive issues.

I was almost put off going here after reading some reviews.... bear in mind that this place must deal with hundreds of people daily, and for every poor review below there are probobly a hundred very satisfied patients who didn't think to review.

Thanks for a great, prompt service and a very friendly team!
