"Trip by ambulance with my 7 year old"

I would just like to thank everyone involved in my daughters care last night. When her temp went to 41 Nhs 111 rang for an ambulance the staff who took us in were amazing calming her down.

When we got to Leighton A&E was packed the poor staff were run ragged and although lily had to wait on a bed in the corridor until a cubicle was free staff took the time to pop out and check on her. When we were seen the doctor and nurse had such a nice manner with her such an amazing service despite being stretched to the limit a huge thank you from both myself and Lily
