Following a fall we attended A&E earlier today with my 22year old son .
The treatment we received was outstanding !
We booked in , was triaged , X-rayed , assessed by the physiotherapist , treatment given , discharge advice delivered , and obtained medication with 90 mins !
The physiotherapist on duty was excellent , as a senior nurse myself
I am well aware of the pressures the NHS is under and the expectations of patients . I cannot fault or make any suggestions that could have improved our treatment .
A excellent job again by the staff of Royal
Bolton - well done .
