Opening hours

About: Avenue Medical Practice

(as the patient),

I have always had superb service from the practice however it was really unhelpful not having any info on the website about opening hours over the Christmas period. It did have info about bank holidays earlier in the year but nothing about the ones over 2015/2016. Just rang today 29th Dec to be informed the practice is closed?

Dear Celtic7,

I am sorry to hear that you were informed that the practice is closed today (29th December). This shouldn't have happened as we are open. The telephones switch over to the GP collaborative between 12.00pm and 2.00pm but the surgery doors have remained open. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me if this answer has not resolved the problem for you.

Once again I am so sorry about the issue that you've encountered.
