Absolutely disgusted with the way the staff and hospital have treated my family, father admitted unable to walk unaided after a stroke, within less than 24 hrs the staff nurse say he could walk and take himself to the toilet and go up and down the stairs, funny he couldnt manage stairs before the stroke!!!!! Then to be discharged with no contact from hospital to family to say this let alone a careplan, my mother would not be able to cope and she told the staff nurse this who didnt care and said he was fit to leave

Totally disgusted with how we and my father have been treated, surely the duty of care and safety of a patient and the safety of where a stroke patient struggling to walk will be staying and the fact my mother said she wouldnt be able to cope
