"nurses going above and beyond their job."

my father was visiting the outpatients and there had been a mix up ,this was clinic 6 . The nurses on duty was about to finish there shift and the doctor had left the ward. I had come rushing from work and wasnt very pleased about this as was told it was essitial my father saw the doctor. The nurses on duty was rang around to contact the doctor as they were still in the hospital, apologised for the error and gave my father his wife and myself a drink. They was most helpful and turned the situation around by ensuring my father saw the doctor. Both of these nurses stayed on later when their shift had finished. Please ensure that they hear about this review as they where wonderful helpful and kind.
