Had plastics appointment to attempt to resolve scar problems after cardiac surgery appointment was for 9:30 I arrived 9:15 administrative staff pleasant and professional was called though for appointment at 9:20 medical staff fabulous explained everything and were really caring and supportive particularly as I needed a rather painful steroid injection directly into the scar well done and thank you Winston once again we are lucky to have such a good hospital in ourarea
