"Very good service, they deserve a recommendation- Rotherham General"

I was treated with respect at Rotherham General when I went to the fracture clinic and I was not made to feel as if I was wasting their time.

I had badly sprained ligaments. It would have been nice if there was an X-ray neared to the examination room as it was very far to walk. I was offered a wheel chair but didn't realise how far it was and declined, mistake on my part.

I have no complaints with Rotherham hospital, I was treated fairly and with dignity. The waiting time was taken up with examinations and X-rays, which one may expect. It was only 3 hours from leaving home to returning on the first occasion, but it was A&E and not an appointment.

The second appointment after my doctor spoke to them was very quick, in fact it was the next day. It was at 10.15 and I was home by 11.15 having seen the doctor and receiving a prescription for my infection. 1 hour is all so it was very good service in my opinion and they deserve a recommendation.
