"Outpatient consultant very understanding"

About: Leicester General Hospital

Following an accident in 2012 my husband spent 5 months in BIU & YDU, care at all times was 1st class.Since discharge there has been regular visits to the outpatients department where care has always been good. On 21.12.15 my husband & I met with his consultant, I was apprehensive as we hadn't met before, however they had clearly read my husbands extensive notes in detail. They were very compassionate & explained things very clearly to us. There was no rush to get us through the system and we both left very reassured.A big thank you.
