"CCU fantastic"

About: Grantham & District Hospital

My father has just had a spell in CCU and the care he received can only described as fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble to the staff and we never felt anything other than respect and caring through a difficult period.

This same approach to patient care continued onto Ward 1. Can't thank all those staff enough for their care and nursing.

Dear Bob,

It was lovely to read your comments following your father’s stay in CCU at Grantham.

We really do appreciate it when someone takes the time, in what must be a very worrying period, to let us know we are doing a good job. You can only imagine the positive impact feedback such as this has on the teams’ morale.

I will make sure your comments are shared both with the teams on CCU and on Ward 1, they will be delighted.
