Went to Basildon A&E today as I was a bit worried after bumping my head when I fell off my pedal bike. Staff kind and friendly. Told me the wait would be about 2 hours and it was. I got there at 6.15am and was seen at 8.20am. The nurse who saw me put my mind at rest after checking me over. Said she couldn't find any signs of anything to worry about. Thank you for the excellent service I received.
