"amazing staff"

I recently visited kingsmill with my daughter who we had taken to primary care and she had been referred to ward 25. I just want to say I know the nhs gets a lot of bad press and negative comments but I couldn't fault the 111 services, the primary care in Kirkby and the staff at ward 25 were amazing. I know people don't give the over worked staff enough credit. I know that people are busy and even the waiting never bothers me. Thank you for the good work to everyone at 111, primary care and ward 25 at kingsmill. Your amazing at your jobs.
