"Painless"

I went to a&e worried about the sight in my left eye reception was friendly and efficient 5 mins later in triage with very efficient nurse 20 mins later seen by a friendly senior nurse and referred to ward

Within 2 hours of first arriving I had also been seen by a junior doctor and assessed expertly

Half an hour later I was with a friendly and helpful consultant with a full diagnosis

Treated in a friendly way with respect and informed at all stages.

It helped that this was a relatively quiet time - 11 am arrival mid week - but overall they were very impressive - even had a late lunch on the way out which was nice
