"Blood test"

About: Brentwood Community Hospital

Routine blood test required by my GP, appointment at 10-35 hrs, arrived early ay 10-25 hrs did not even have time to sit down but called immediately. Nurse very friendly and chatty, discussed family, theirs and mine, then they realised it was my birthday and seemed really please about that, all in all it was a very pleasant experience, congratulations to the staff, particularly the nurse who dealt with me. Very pleased with the whole experience, a pity I did not get the nurses name but could possible be traced on Wednesday 23rd December at the times stated.
