"Lovely people, poor admin"

I had an arthroscopy. Very successful. All staff very helpful and nice and competent. Pretty good service - though unsurprisingly more waiting if NHS referral rather than private patient.

Very clean and pleasant environment, good food.

Let down a bit by admin mistakes - wrong letter re op details, forms not sent, then mislaid, notes not sent up nearly delayed operation, double booking of pre-op appoitment, all aparently par for the course.

And problem after I came home - was told to go to A and E.

So pretty good and quick and great surgeon and team but management should sharpen up.
