"shirt stay 21st december"

About: Leighton Hospital

Had a short stay overnight 21st December. Triage and waiting area slow as per usual, didn't really act like they cared until I got to the GP area. After being admitted to ward 2 the treatment was fantastic. Friendly staff who were not afraid to have fun with impatients while keeping in mind of their needs. Service has improves a bit, good job :)

As an emergency department we consistently strive to deliver excellent patient care. I apologise for the wait that you incurred during the initial part of your visit. As you have acknowledged, this does occur within the emergency department and we continually evolve strategies to minimise the impact to patients.
