Please educate your staff in how to deal with MH patients and their families. We do not need to be lectured, talked down to nor made to feel even more useless than we already do.
From the miserable and unfriendly reception staff and triage nurse to the horrible person who spoke to me at the end of the visit it was a dreadful experience.
