"Knee Surgery"

I was referred to the BMI Highfield by my consultant .. On the day of my surgery I arrived at reception with a warm welcome .. I waited in the reception area for only 5 minutes when my name was called I was then shown to my room , the room was spotless and warm ... everything about my operation was clearly explained to me ... After my operation I was quite hungry and I have to say after pressing the buzzer the catering staff where very quick at preparing a lovely snack and pot of tea .. Al in all very impressed and my knee is like new
