My mother aged 88 suffered a fall and broke her hip and taken to f1ward.from the moment she entered the ward until the day she left,the staff took great care of her.nothing was too much trouble.
The ward was cleaned thoroughly, beds changed,they all were attentive to her every need.dealing with any problem quickly and with kindness.never a time when things seemed a bother.there was always a time to explain any question.there was always a smile to be shared.
On every level of care my family wish to say thank you.you all did a great job.
