"Leg/knee issue"

After waiting months got an initial appointment, in and out in 15 minutes.

Felt the problem was trivialised and much of the information on the history of the condition was ignored and I was just cut off.

Much was not recorded.

Because I had had a previous operation on my knee "we" now have to wait till they get notes despite the symptoms being completely different.

If I had gone private like I did 6-7 years ago when I had insurance I would have been listened to and sent for a scan straight away and not have to wait further.

I was told based on the notes of the previous unrelated condition a decision would be made on any diagnostic investigation.

Absolutely no lifestyle questions regarding how the condition impacted me other than what work I did and when I said I did a desk job then no further interest.

Other factors are far more significant than desk job!
