"Visit to A/E Monday 21st December 2015"

I have had previous episode of atrial fibrillation, thought I was back in AF visited A/E were I was seen very promptly by the senior sister who was very professional and ensured swift treatment. I was then seen by the doctor who carried out all necessary investigations during which their communications skills were far higher than my expectations. I cannot fault the care attention and reassurance I received throughout the time I spent in department. I
