"I feel disappointed and angry "

Having been diagnosed with Swine Flu, my dad drove a 90 minute round trip from his home to collect medication for me. I had forgotten to give him my ID which was needed. Whilst he waited at the clinic my ID was brought to him and he held this in his hand at the front door at 4:34pm just 4 minutes after the clinics closing time. Despite the fact that all staff were still there he was refused medication and told he had to come back the next day. Now I am without medication and my dad has to make another 90 minute around trip to the clinic. I feel some of the staff have acted irresponsibly at this clinic especially when it comes to dealing with such a serious illness. My dad felt that one of the staff he spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. I feel disappointed and angry about this experience.
