"Staff told my mum 'you're pampered at your age having any teeth'"

My mother was in hospital for almost 3 weeks. She had heart failure but also reduced mobility and inability to cope at home. She is 94 and very frail.

She was treated generally well but whilst in hospital her dentures were lost. Staff were very unhelpful - telling "her teeth were always getting lost" "you're pampered at your age having any teeth". They showed a general lack of respect for her and her property. I have written a letter of complaint on her behalf and am waiting for a reply.
