"Thank you so much"

I have to say that the care provided to my child when we attended the paediatric accident and emergency department at whips cross hospital was absolutely first class. This is due to the staff that were on duty, the dedication and commitment. I know that the managers will probably be reading this comment as well and would like to point that while they are safely tucked up in bed and looking at the figures for the hospital the next day, extremely hard-working doctors and nurses are up all night, rushing around without a break in order to care for us.

They are clearly shortstaffed but I don't stop caring. Just say thank you to the Paediatric A&E team!
