"Very impressed!"

I visited the hospital recently for a consultation and I have to say I was extremely impressed from start to finish.

From the initial receptionist, through to each individual department and the surgeon themselves. I was most impressed with the super efficiency being taken through each stage, the staff were all really pleasant and looked happy in their jobs, very impressed.
