"December 8th in day surgery for a minor nose..."

About: Basildon University Hospital

I was admitted at 8 am and greeted by a receptionist who immediately handed me to a nurse who showed me to my bed.

I was admitted, and orientated to the area, and told to wait for the doctors to see me prior to my procedure.

everyone was very pleasant, and I could hear , from the chatter at the Nurse's station, that everyone got on well together.

I went theatre at 10.30, and returned at about 11.30, I was told.

I was uncomfortable, due to not being able to breathe through my nose( but i'd expected this). however i had no pain, and the nurse kept asking me if i was in pain.

I was discharged home at about 5pm, after they checked all my observations again.
