What I liked

I gave birth to my child here in may 2009 and I could not have asked for better care. The staff were exceptional, my delivery was stress free and aftercare was amazing. I had my own private room for 4 days after and I was treated with respect. i was even allowed guests out of visitors time and my privacy was given at all times.

If you get the chance I highly recommend giving birth here

What could be improved

like any hospital the food, not very nutritious for a woman who has just given birth, especially whilst breastfeeding but luckily they had a fridge that I could put food in.

We have noted your comments about the food and as such have asked the Senior Dietician to review the menus and see if there are any improvements they could suggest for the maternity service.
