"Great service from paramedic"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

Our neighbor recently had a serious fall in her house, we called 999 and a paramedic came. His name was Andre and he made her comfortable until the ambulance arrived, he did an excellent job of communicating between everyone involved, he just did everything to help. A lot of people criticize the health service but everything was great. I just wanted to say thank you, I’d give the service an 11/10!
