I find it impossible to make an appointment on line, although we are exhorted to do so. I have tried again and again, but there is no simple booking method, Why Not?

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues over booking a blood test but unfortunately we do not manage this service, it is provided by your GP's.

To access this service you need to contact the GP practice you are registered with who will then make you an appointment to suite at the establishment you prefer to attend i.e. Cavendish Hospital.

I have been informed to that appointments are plentiful so can only advise you to contact your Practice Manager who will be able to look into why you have had this difficulty in greater detail.
