(as the patient),

After ringing nhs direct last night over chest pain and breathing difficulties an ambulance turned up to take me to hospital.

I was alone and worried, the crew were absolutely amazing. I have never felt so reassured and calm. It felt like I had a relative with me.

I would love to find out their names and thank them again. #amazingservice #respect #undervalued
