I am full of total praise for the all of the staff at Worcester Hospital.

On the 9th December I was admitted to have a malignant growth removed that was positioned very close to my throat.

The calm, efficient and very professional manner in which I was dealt throughout my stay was very, very good.

The surgical process was carried out with a great sense of humour, care and unbelievable skill by the consultant and their very capable team.

This was consistent throughout, even down to the staff who brought the tea around.

They really helped us through a difficult time and we can not thank them enough.
