"Wrong medication given"

I stayed here for a week with depression. As an intelligent and lucid person I found my stay here shocking. There was no one to one assessment to track mood, the activities were for ages 4 to 8 & incredibly patronising if they happened at all, no exercise options, wrong medication given to myself and other patients.....The list could go on. In all, it felt like a holding pen for the mentally disturbed. Nothing there helped me get back on track.
